I returned the tag what I had for a new one. And I'm not have that battery issue anymore. So I definitely had a bad device.
If cleaning, bending and attempt at hard reset dont work as there is no sound, then only warranty?
Excellent information, thank you for sharing. Suggestion, mount the camera. Then you can use both hands and viewers do not have to watch a bounce video. As the video bounces it is difficult focusing on what you are doing.
Hey guys, I definitely can't guarantee any of these will work for you but hopefully puts you on a right track. This is a good compilation of things I tried through trial and error that got mine working. The hard reset I think is the most powerful thing you can do as it returns your SmartTag to essentially a brand new state.
