  1. Can an Indian repair shop fix my Surface Pro that was bricked by trying to swap out the swollen battery? If so, India here I come! If not, I am never buying another Microsoft hardware product. Too much risk of losing all my data again.

  2. I am on my pixel 2 for 7th year. Display replaced twice, battery also twice … And the lady says in conclusion she will rather buy a new phone …. I guess this video wasn't meant to be inspiring people to keep it repaired 😅

  3. the whole way smartphone and anything in general is made should be completely redone. why wouldnt it be possible to make a phone where you only need to replace the glass instead of the whole screen assembly? because it's cheaper to make and customers will need to buy new ones more often. companies should be responsible for the complete lifecycle of their devices, only then can current ways change.

When I was in India I saw a person getting their umbrella repaired on the street after it broke after a heavy rain in August. I would have thrown my umbrella away. It really made me think of how wasteful I lived. Unfortunately, in my home country I wouldn't even know where to go with a broken umbrella. People suggest me always to "just throw it away".
