If anyone in the future see this, I got my little cousin's school laptop (windows 11)
I went and downloaded the driver for the hard drive.
After I found a software called MacDrive which has a free trial, I used it to open the hard drive on the pc.
I've now connected the hard drive to my iPad (because I'm too anxious my mac is going to ruin it all over again)
Based on some reading, the Mac OS has some kinda bug that impacting hard drives.
let's hope it gets fixed and causing all these headaches

Mac is a joke, Needs windows to work. Apple really needs a way to fix this in the mac os.
I got this after trying to mount it "com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter Error 0" and still nothing 🙁

external portable SSD drive is not showing up on my MacBook Pro disk utility, neither on Terminal. I have used it once to transfer files and it seemed to work. It suddenly stopped transferring and my Mac went blanc. After starting it up again it didn't boot up the external drive. Any suggestions? It looks like that I physically can't open the drive.

I have an external hard drive (where I keep my files), I eject it the right way, but, EVERY TIME, I connect it again, it doesn't recognize it. I have to open the Disk Utility and wait for some minutes for it to recognize and to start using it.

I hate Mac’s. You just want to know what an external hard drive looks like on a max and there is no easy answer for the cult of intuition. Fie on mac.
