  1. I can see that Dr. Weening was trying his best to contain himself from laughing throughout this video. For some reason, he made me giggle as well 😂. Thank you to all the Doctors for a very informative video!

  2. Thanks for the information. I'll save this for a couple of re-views.

And you can empty your bladder more completely whilst remaining seated: As in "After dark". You can also leave the lights down low as there is "No aiming required" which helps you get back to slumberland.

  3. Do they really believe that you can sell something by surrounding the essential information with a lot of IRRELEVANT long drawn out circumlocutious stories about individual PERSONAL lives. I can read for HOURS, but I can't listen to someone talk for more than 5 minutes at a time. My WIFE finally understands that but I'm sorry, I COULDN'T endure the TORTURE of this unnecessary monologue in order to COME TO THE POINT, for God's sake!

  4. 33 and didn’t I’ve issues with my bladder since 2015. Just had ankle surgery 7 weeks ago and since then I’ve been peeing the bed often. I also have nervous bladder so I’m always making sure I know where the bathroom is. It’s worse since surgery. I don’t know what to do

  5. I will only deal with Flomax when I'm having a kidney stone. I Can't stand the way I feel on Flomax and the bizarre ejaculation thing
I know of doctors who prescribe low dose tadalafil ( generic cialis) don't know how or why that works

  6. PAE works wonders with ZERO side effects , no pain , no blood, no catheter and very effective… do yourself a favor and look it up!!! Had mine 3 years ago and its still working… takes about a week to notice the effects .

  7. Make sure you get Exercise in the daytime, WALK for at least 30 minutes in the daytime, and EVERYDAY if possible. This will also help the prostate. I definitely will not disturb the prostate, if it's not cancerous or very problematic. You will lose ejaculation. This can be very depressing for many men. Avoid alcohol, smoking, and too much red meat in your diet, etc. My prostate is very large, (90ml) and I can control my BPH, at 65 yrs 🎉 of age through these lifestyle changes !! 😮🎉

  8. So glad I discovered your channel. I'm 70, so urology is a hot topic for me now. My biggest takeaway from this presentation is that frequent urination doesn't automatically mean Prostate Cancer. My prostate is enlarged with normal PSA score so I'm reading up on procedures to reduce its size. I'm aware of the likelihood of reverse ejaculation, but I've already lived with it after surviving testicular cancer and the dreaded RPLND many years ago. If you've already had kids life is still livable! Thanks again for this valuable presentation.

  9. I had aquablation, it fixed me. My friend had TURP it fixed him. Don't wait, run to your urologist. P.S. Aquablation has much less occurence of the retro-grade ejaculation he was talking about. My buddy told me he has no ejaculation problems after having the regular old TURP. One last comment, if you go TURP get the best surgeon you can, I do think it makes a difference for TURP (not as critical for aquablation).

  10. An enlarged prostate is completely unnatural. The primary cause is hyperinsulinaemia. It’s the high carb diet. Adopt a carnivore diet it will return to normal within a year.
