I tried restarting, all it does is vibrate and the screen still stays black even had my phone on charger for an hour….is there any solution to that problem?
Same thing happened, managed to get the charging screen after charging it for a 2 days and when it reached 100%, I tried to open it but it just suddenly reverted back to where it started, the screen won't show that it was charging anymore nor did the start up screen show up. What should I do?
I’m confused on the last one because I hold down the power and turn up button for like 5 min and nothing happens.
Thanks God bless you !

Thank you so much!
Just bought a new phone and got it yesterday evening. When I woke up this morning, it wouldn't turn on. I don't know what to do because nothing is working but it's literally new so I don't get why there would be an issue with the phone itself.
Good look
Thank u hard reboot helped
THANK YOU
when plugged in , screen black out , tried the power + volumn down key , felt the vibrations , most likely its the screen died.
its my dad's phone he passed away few months ago 😢
I hate samsung this is the second phone I've had less then a year & it works fine then suddenly it just dies. Neither phone were dropped or damaged the first it seemed a battery issue but this one is perfectly fine even the store I got this one replacing the other faulty one admitted that this one looked perfectly fine & that I had at least a year left of warranty. I'm tired of paying hundreds of dollars on junk phones junk tvs junk everything. I had a razor flip phone for like 15 years no problem then it finally died & I got a samsung galaxy that last about 10 years before it died & was replaced by the first junk phone that lasted less then 2 years before the battery suddenly bloated & I had to get this one 14 months ago not it's doing the same thing without the bloated battery. Samsung Sucks & google & apple suck worse & spy on you.
Nothing works. How to check that battery is dead
I tried everything but didn’t work ;-;
Edit: i noticed that the battery was very slightly swollen
me and my brother have Samsung a53 and we purchased it at the same time and both of our phones kept freezing and turning off and both phones wont turn on again, even after doing all the power button and volume button tricks. My phone was on about 84% and his was on 70 something, we didnt drop our phones into water or anythig and they wont vibrate when we press the power button
Had my screen blacked out, and holded the power button and volume down button like you said. Thanks for making this video!
My phone samsung galaxy f41. I had 80%charge. Phone is screen off and not charging , not vibrating. I tried powerbutton +volume down but it doesn't work. What i do.
I have Samsung galaxy m51. While just scrolling insta I had the blackout issue. I had 70% charge at that time. I pressed power+ volume down and it started working but for 2/3 minutes. At that time I did check device care. All things normal. But again blackout ,now it won't open . If I press power+volume it just vibrates. No display
