This is extremely dangerous without a BMS board to protect the battery pack, since jump starting a car can permanently damage the cells in a multitude of ways (over discharging, over charging, reverse polarity, etc.). This is why most jump starters come with an external BMS board between the jumper output and battery clamps.
You also need a suitable charging board capable of maintaining and balancing the 4 cells
