Is there a way to do it via Linux or Android?
When I log into the hp smart online I don't even see the same screen you have. There is no tools section or print quality tools. HP doesn't seem to be much help, any other advice?
I followed your helpful instructions and have run the cleaning cycle twice with no better results. Each test print shows that Cyan is not printing. If I keep cleaning the heads with no improvement I am just going to run out of ink.
