12V source from the HP z820 server, Delta brand, had voltage at the input (160V) but there was no voltage at the outputs (in the secondary) the CI TOP259 was changed, zener diode 6.8V is a 0.22R 2w resistor, from the primary source returning to work, and more overview of the circuit.
