You know what would have been easy? Not spelling "wasn't" without an apostrophe in the title card.
I’m surprised a fan wasn’t added, one the same size as the PS2 had would probably help this.
It's a stretch to say you built a modern N64, you did build a new case but the rest is an upgrade (with mod you buy) of an original N64. The result is nice except the thermal, the original big heat sink was ugly but firmly screw to the board so the contact between the CPU and heat sink was great not so much now.

This was definitely a good idea. There's no chance this wasn't a good idea.
Resin printers are not really better, they are different. Parts from FDM printing are WAAAY stronger than resin, as you can print some crazy stuff like carbon fiber nylon. Resin has much higher resolution tho and allows for transparency, so its better for non functional prints, like minifigures and whatnot. I'd do my case with FDM tho, just for strength.

Don't complain about the power brick, every console now when there's a problem most of the time it's a problem with the power supply and you need to open it up to get it fixed.

It came out really nice, but I think it would be nicer if you used a blue retro to being able to use any Bluetooth controller instead of the brawler 64
