16:15 Yeah when you put a new sim in, first time you turn the phone off it asks you for the pin, so it won't have to ask you every time you turn the phone on.
If you don't input the pin in that prompt, the phone will ask it at every boot. After that you'll have to go to settings and disable "ask pin every startup", and it will ask your pin as a confirmation, of course.
Maybe you can try auctioning it…

Its generally a good idea to replace both batteries together so they have the same amount of wear… Also use a hair blow dryer to remove screens it works way better and supplies heat on demand. In multi battery devices it is extremely important to use two batteries with the same wear.The phone probably was being more picky about the two mismatched batteries than any board swapping. Its a fire safety thing. The batteries probably have ID's and those ID's were mismatched.
Trying to pry the phone open without heating the screen gave me anxiety. No wonder it has cracked. You'll need a heatgun and properly heat it with 100-150C heat on the edges.
