  1. I did the updates and…….. the battery kind of not good, I am a wheelchair user, while waiting for my transportation, my phone went from 100% to under 60% in a matter of less than 2 hours, it's the reason while I also carry a charger pack, I hope they can remedy this soon

  2. My Apple TV is now playing up, it downloads the update TVos17.5 but always failed to install, now my apple tv is always install and uninstall apps like netflix, amazon, paramount and disney as soon as i start it. And when it installed my netflix it display theres an Error geez whats goin on with this update its the worst update its sooo annoyingšŸ˜¢šŸ˜¢šŸ˜¢

  3. Question I have is how do photos that have been deleted years ago reappear. Does that mean that apple actually keeps all of your deleted photo and they never go away

  4. Unfortunately, Apple is slowly and steadily getting to be similar to some problems always exhibited with Microsoft and Windows OS, i.e., releasing bug plagued software updates too frequently. Apple used to work almost flawlessly when Steve Jobs was in charge. They need to take a little more time and ensure that bugs are significantly reduced/eliminated before rushing to release new versions of iOS.

  5. Iā€™ve just checked and an update has been released to address the photo issue.
Iā€™m concerned that this has been an issue.
Are these photos that were on iCloud, or stored and deleted locally?
This seems like a serious privacy breach.

  6. IOS 17.5 brought a new bug. I dont think it was fixed in the patch update. Battery life was already bad before, but now its bad with the phone getting hot to fast. This update for some reason everyone in my household has a screen brightness issue. I hope itā€™s fixed with the 17.5.1 itā€™s making it feel like ios 13 & 15 issues.

  7. So basically 17.5 is a horrible downgrade instead of an ā€œupdateā€. Apple really needs to do better. Iā€™m so glad I didnā€™t update on main device.

  8. I bought my first ever iPhone just before iOS 16, that was a switch from a midrange Samsung to an iPhone, after updating the phone I started noticing some weird things about the experience, because I was new I didn't quite understand if those things were bugs or features, but now that I've had this phone for more than a year, those weren't features, they were bugs. As a first time IPhone user it's been a pretty negative experience with the software, it being buggy, very buggy, and coupled with the limitations of the software and some ergonomics stuff about iOS-again coming from Android, it's been a regrettable purchase. I feel like each update is there to fix old bugs at the cost of introducing new bugs. It just hasn't been how I have imagined it have been told on the internet, and on top of that I have my gripes in general with IOS.
My old photos also appeared out of nowhere, but for some reason they were grey, I deleted them and in the recently deleted folder they had a cloud logo on the top right. Also, for whatever reason sometimes when I exit out of the photos app, I experience broken animations, the keyboard bug is still here 2 years later, it'll just randomly switch to Apple's keyboard while I'm typing. So many bugs.

  9. STOP LYING! NONE of the past iOS updates have had ANYTHING "major." They change the appearance of apps and useless features in third tier apps but haven't innovated with any new features or functionality in years!

  10. The apple series of phones and watches have become such an integrated part of, my home office environment, that you must approach it. Cautiously, I have pride, I just donā€™t understand why the battery now last 12 hours, itā€™s important that I can service the system longer than that.
