I had that problem before . i found out that you need to unplug the battery conector first before you before you remove any conectors

I had a case my ipad broke, my cousin fixed it, the stupid ghost touch made things 3 times harder and the only options are removing my case which was a pain to put on, remove and clean my screen protector which it was cleaned before and factreset which I’m worried about ;-;
