You have not changed the BMS from the old battery to the new one. You only plugged the flex cable and transferred the data onto the new battery. Will the “unknown part” message appear on the screen?
So i have destroyed original battery and have not read the data from it, got the chip from original battery and put it on new one but it shows now 82% battery life on new one because of the original chip, can i just rewrite in computer 100% percantage without any data from original battery and without tag on flex cable?

I have been trying the same thing with two different Iphone 11 batteries but for some reason, it says "Read Fail". Any idea why is it saying that? I can't write the information on the new one unless I am able to "Read" the data from the old one. Can you guide? Thanks
