  1. Final race didn’t make sense to me growing up at homestead, hated the move to Phoenix originally because I knew how great Harvick was there. Should be at a normal 1.5 mile oval, that’s nascar

  2. Been to Phoenix 23 times, 7 times post reconfiguration. Phoenix pre 2011 reconfiguration was better when the dog leg was relatively flat and the exit would catch drivers off guard. What makes Phoenix great is track President Latasha Causey and her teams ability to create an amazing family environment with a lot to see and do. Compared to Vegas lackluster environment, Phoenix should be the poster child for a midway.

  3. I thought it was a fine race it was a race every race isn’t gonna be a show stopper with gimmicky overtime’s and 3 wide finishes the was the truest race we’ve had this year🤷‍♂️

  4. I realized watching Chase's in car that they spend to much time off throttle. It's not like Martinsville where you are hard on the breaks, roll the center, then jump on the throttle off. It's a track that you are rolling the center in 1 & 2 for what seems like forever. Then 3 & 4 you can either dive bomb the corner or back up the entry, and you end up in the same spot off. It would probably be better if there was a preferred line because then you can have guys moving guys out of the groove or changing your line to set up a pass on exit.

Reducing the grip on the cars made them hard to drive, but the whole track was a lane, it didn't matter if you ran the fence or rolled the bottom or ran a middle line. You ran the same speed. Then, when you catch someone, you can't get around them because they are running close enough in speed to make it impossible. I watched KB hold up MTJ for 10 laps, and KB was awful. They were side by side for 5 of those laps, and MTJ couldn't clear him off the corner.

  5. Absolutely yes. It’s terrible, boring racing every single time. It sucks. It doesn’t matter what happens throughout the season, we know it’s gonna end with a snoozefest. The season finale should be in Charlotte.

  6. They should have never put the championship there in the first place. But the championship location wouldn't matter so much if we didn't have such a silly system for determining a champion
