Problem with canyon is that their coloring is trash. Dumbest idea to put white on a bike that will be ridde in dirt.
I wanted canyon, but their bikes always miss something. Coloring, bad design choices. Wanted toqrue on i roczen coloring, but their dogshit waterbottle design just stopped. In the end went for Trek Rail 9.8 and love it so far

So many people overbiked with 160mm+ monsters, tootling around XC forests, spending £'000s on bikes they'll never have the time or inclination to get the absolute best from. Mid-point travel, and simple suspension and gear would serve most far better, and allow peeps to just get out and ride, and have more fun in the process.

Canyons are great until a proprietary part breaks which Canyon doesn't keep spares for leaving you without a bike indefinitely. Congrats, you just spent thousands on a paperweight with no support or solutions from Canyon!
Best emtb in the world is one you ride which you enjoy and does everything you need it to; the one that you can afford to properly maintain.
