It’s FINALLY Here – CarPlay on Tesla! (Model Y/3/X/S)

I wonder if they have updated the hardware. The one I have crashes all the time or becomes unresponsive. I wish it would work because I like having car play on the screen

This first unit sucks……it is not reliable don’t wast your money. I then purchased a screen … works fantastic

I’d be happy if they’d just make the messaging app work better.

Not happy with Tesla Software. FSD is dangerous. It will take a bus exit thinking it is the highway. Also, when on FSD it could not see the left turn lane. It wound make a left turn from the thru lane. It did not learn. I had to overcorrect autopilot and steer into the turn lane. The app knocked down my safety score beta. Also in freeway jam up FSD hard breaks knock downs safety + unsafe following down. My score went from 99% to 85%. When I signal lane change Autopilot disengage and slows down. Car behind has to break and on the lane change is on top of me before I change lanes. My Tesla insurance rate goes up by safety score because over correction from Autopilot. Also my 2024 Performance Model 3 signal buttons on the steering wheel. Can’t signal while turning in a traffic circle or U-turn. Defective unsafe design. Also a safety down if you drive at 11 PM to 4 AM. WTF. Oh, it was at 10 PM to 4. No fun with big brother watching you. You’re screwed if you work swing shift. I won’t ride in a Tesla taxi. Unsafe software.

I just got my Carlinkit T2C device and its automatically lowering my volume and it's hard to heat the text message being read back.

I found the channel when i first decided i wanted a tesla for my next car, so about 2 years.

I feel like when I buy a car, I just accept what infotainment they have. I had older vehicles with simple infotainment. The Tesla was my first vehicle with a real infotainment system. I never user car play or android auto until last year when I rented a mini van while in Buffalo NY. I like it but still enjoy the Tesla infotainment more.

So can the Tesla superchargers be displayed in Wyze?

I never get this complaint of the lack of carplay. Why do you need car play? Teslas nav is based on Google maps, they have 3 of the most popular music/podcasts apps native (counting YouTube music to be added in summer update), the majority of popular entertainment streaming services… What else do you need in your car?

I have that first option of Carlinkit and it works flawlessly. Love it.

Found you soon after buying MY late 2022. Interesting method to get Carplay. My Hansshow screen provides a Carplay screen, but I haven't found how to get it on the Tesla screen. I think it only works on their screen. Another nice Video, Keep up the good work!

i have.tried this model and another brand. Tesla never can see it . Frustrating.
