Jbl is besst
Seems to me if you want a brighter sound and for the vocals to sound better the Sony is the way to go.
The JBL just seems more muddy/hollow but with some extra base.

I have the jbl clip 4 its cheaper here in the philippines sony is expensive thats why i preferred jbl❤❤❤❤
The clip4 is unusable by someone who is blind like myself. I have never heard of any bluetooth speaker that had little lights to show the amount of battery life. However, the clip 4 does such a thing. There is no way to tell what the battery life, is, not even on the home screen of my iPhone like every other speaker does. You can't even use the JBL app. That app tells me the life of my JBL headphones I have. I'll take the sony xb100 hands down. The sound is louder, and worlds better then the clip 4.
It's reviewers like you that makes customers go for the wrong products instead of what they prefer. Stop lying and getting paid. Give out honest experience.

JBL Clip 4 seems louder, and Sony XB100 seems clearer, so depends what you prefer and what you're going to use it for
JBL Clip 04 é melhor para uso externo (05 watts RMS) e Sony XB100 ( 02 watts RMS ) é melhor em ambientes internos, tenho as duas.
Sony has harshness
Sony has a lot more thump and sounds fuller. While the jb lfocuses on clarity and sharpness. So the sony is more fun to listen to and enjoy your music without judging the frequencies and clarity.
I understand people have different tastes in audio and tuning, but side by side between these two, how in the hell do you say the JBL sounds significantly better than the Sony?? It's clear you have something against Sony, or you are a just a JBL fanboy and are biased. That really ruins this video and makes me have a hard time valuing your reviews. No hate brother. Just giving some honest feedback.

i might have to go with something else, the sound quality is better on the sony no question. but im gonna use it in the shower and riding my bike i need the volume to get unnecessarily loud

If you want to listen the song and enjoy the music go for Sony
If you are looking a little boom box with lots of volume, limited bass and distortions at high volume go for JBL.

i got the charge 5 and thats great, clip 5 would most likely be great to take outside. never really liked the volume too loud which is why my charge 5 is on low volume and it last hours. used it as a ipad speaker and tv speaker today and well its shocking how it sounds the same as my soundbar but its smaller.

Sony xb 100 Price very High . This speaker not more improve. This Speaker Price should be ₹ 35000. . Sony Speaker is Price more than Dimond or gold. Price level very high so this Speaker not good.This speaker i am not Satisfied.
