Call me crazy, but I don't care about whether a 16 year old gets married or not, or who she marries. I don't recommend it, especially if they are much older because marrying a 16 year old in school is gonna be a nightmare for the older person for several reasons. I don't believe it somehow harms the 16 year old by getting married. Age of consent is 16 where I live, and if you can get railed by the entire town legally, you can get married. The first one is much more detrimental.
