  1. I have a dell latitude 3410 i7 10th gen laptop…it's stuck in a loop. After powering ON it shows the dell logo and just goes OFF and again to the Dell logo…it isn't going past BIOS…this starts to happen after an hour or so of usage…plz help sir

  2. I'm never buying a Dell again, absolutely trash laptops in general that are annoying to repair at best. Replaced charging port twice and battery twice and it still died within 3 months due to them cheaping out on the CPU cooler and all the heat coming out destroyed the batteries I put in (was an old 8550u laptop)

  3. Where does somebody go to learn board level repairs? I've worked as a technician for a long time and I really want to be able to fix people's stuff and not just tell them they need to spend $300 for a motherboard replacement. How do you get started on that? Love the vids

  4. And we all know the motherboard has to come out again just to replace the keyboard… i had to do this on a xps 9550 30 screws alone had to be removed in order to remove the keyboard

  5. Can the greatest dell technician thats ever lived fix my dell latitude e7240?? No signs of life until its connected to a charger, and even then the only life shown is the charger light barely working and the cpu getting super hot

  6. Anything is possible with the Wright know how, the right tools, and the right schematic. Wouldn’t be surprised to learn if this guy is hanging out at Rossman repair groups Austin Texas facility. He runs workshops there now. You can even borrow tools to work on your own stuff

  7. Welp i was absolutely worried as just today my laptop got ABSOLUTELY SOAKED with the rain water cause heavy rain got directly into me and my brothers room (shared, not separate) and directly got onto the table for god how long,by the time i got back from college (its near my parents house but not to far) it ABSOLUTELY soaked both tables,my laptop, a power plug (idk how to say the actual name but its like a plug with the cord), both me and my brother's table, and a lot of papers on one of the said table and possibly more, well it seems it seems that it SOMEHOW DID NOT SOAKED THE INTERNALS?! ONLY A LITTLE BIT WHICH I JUST NEED SOME TISSUE AND A SILICON GEL PACKET TO HELP DRY THE LAPTOP! (the only big issue now is the keyboard which i think it may have broken from the rain water which i didn't know it somehow worked cause it kept going into BIOS system which got me worried but my brother fixed and yeah (oh and did i say it was being charged the whole time it was soaked meaning it could've broke the laptop but it never did??)

  8. No replacement keys? Same thing happened to me with my hp x360. I either had to replace the keyboard (extremely complicated, as it was joined by plastic pins heated along the frames. Would need to use tape to fix the new one) or to get keys from the laptopkeys all the way from America. They sent it via plane and they fitted, although different colour.

  9. Hi, I had a Dell XPS 15, I loved the laptop, but it had one major flaw, it would stop charging; it had 7 motherboards (I had Dell Premium on the laptop). Just recently they finally decided to replace it with an XPS 16. Have you seen this issue with an XPS before
