If you've watched more games than just the CFB Championship, you know that Penix can be That Dude in the NFL. Dude was a great leader at Washington, has a lot of playing experience and drops DIMES all over the field. He's been my QB1 for the raiders and I think he's the dude for the job.

Is Penix a reach at 13? Don’t really care. Seems like we can fill holes at RT and CB with free agency. Penix seems perfect to make the most for Adams and Getsy’s offense. Minshew can plug in and do the same thing from the pocket.

Q, I have been a critic at times of some of your assertions, but your assertion on Dave Ziegler is correct. He was absolutely excellent in personnel decisions. Although we have not seen the end product of Tyree Wilson, we certainly have from Trey Tucker and others of his selections.

If draft is deep in tackles and CBs but not QBs then it makes sense to draft a QB asap. A solid Qab is Ithe most scarcee between those positions.
AP over-played his hand, imo. The entire NFL knows LV wants Jayden Daniels; just like everyone knew CHI was trading Fields….I don't mind Minshew/AOC over Getsy/Fields though
It’s disturbing that you 😂think more about AOC AND MINCHEW Than you do about Fields there’s no way that either one of them guys would add more Wins to the Raiders than Fields. It’s a 4 game Win increase with Fields and the other guys don’t even move the needle 😂
I don’t think the Raiders will make their way up into the top 2, but I do see them potentially trading up to picks 5-7 for big OT Joe Alt, who has the potential to be a dominant mainstay on the OL for years to come. Some good QBs will still be available in rounds 2 & 3 to pickup.

Great Clip Q. If we stay at 13 we gotta go O-lineman or CB. I would lean towards OL just to give QB (whoever it may be) protection & time. This Offense MUST sustain drives & Score TDs 2024. Bottom Line
If the top 2 corners are there at 13 im going CB. Then im trading our 3rd round pick and next years #1 to move back into the 1st round to get Penix. Then im targeting the RT from Georgia or the MLB from NC state in round two. Taking best rb or guard in round 4. And best available players from that point on

then the injury issue is not an issue.
Draft the right tackle and move up and take Penix with the next pick.

Tyree will show up. People forget Tyree was supposed to fill in for Jones and Jones was the main man. Then when that fell apart Tyree got put in a lot more than he was ready for- he had a big injury we knew would limit him a lot.
100% want an Oline improvement.
We needed O line fixed for so many years- needed it more than the D line. Happy D line improvement obviously- but not hearing of Oline getting better has me twisted.
Yeah a better QB would be nice- but when the oline is crap for Mahomeless, he doesn’t win. So why everyone is worried about QB so much more makes me smh. If we had a top 5 oline, DC4 could have made it all the way.
There will be another Bryon Mitchell next draft and this is a OL heavy draft. Get the starting CB in round 1 and get a OT in the 2nd round. If there's confidence in Munford, maybe wait until the 3rd round and get a dynamic WR or TE in the second.
