  1. Man, I am just torn between getting this or the Ally. I think the Go's bigger screen, 800p interger scaling, trackpad, apparently better performance, FPS mode and detachable controllers are super cool… but Ally is more portable, has better speakers, quieter fans, VRR, more mature software and a landscape screen (I heard the Go's portrait display is problematic for older games, which I plan on playing a lot). I've heard mixed things about ergonomics, build quality, controls and battery though. I think I might be leaning towards the Ally, especially since I can find it second hand for about 3/4 of the price of a new Go. Any suggestions?

  2. Hopefully the Legion Go improves significantly by December. I really want this device as it has all the features and specs I want missing on the Steam Deck and ROG Ally individually on each device. The only major downside I can see besides drivers is the native portrait display. Hopefully there is a wrapper or program that fixes it because there are a lot of old games I want to play on the Legion Go.

  3. Any chance we can see a comparison or gameplay review of starfield on the legion go? i feel like i haven't seen a single reviewer show that game

  4. I remember when the Razer edge came I and I bought it for 1200 dollars. I’m looking at these new handheld with the performance it give is truly amazing. What people don’t understand is no handheld will not come close as a gaming PC or console. It never did my whole life time. Some high end laptops can’t perform like a desktop PC. If you can play some PlayStation 4 type games on a handheld, you got a winner. If I want to play high end game on the go with good performance, just is Nvidia GeForce now. That seems to work find with me. The only issue I noticed with the system is the legion space when you have your games on full screen.

  5. I have to say I am enjoying the Legion Go despite the Legion Space having a rough launch. Gaming is very comfortable with the controllers! I hope you have a fast recovery!

  6. I haven't opened mine yet. I appreciate you explaining that the legion space is crap and the games are crashing.. but I'm worried if I should return it than wait and see if the update will do anything.

  7. Dude. This is the most honest first impression on YouTube. Allot of YouTube received the Go for free and they scared to address its issues but you are not. The AMD drivers are a MAJOR Issue. Ratchet and Starfield crashes for me. I haven’t played anything on it. This needs to get fixed before it gets returned.

    Best Buy sucks!!!!
Complete waste of time ordering from them expecting the delivery just to get nothing after being re-assured twice that the expected delivery will be delivered.
Anyone interested in buying one go elsewhere!
