Is this seriously a CPU heatsink thermal interface compound replacement video that never actually shows the replacement of the thermal interface compound? Is this a joke that I don't get?

which thermal paste would be best for a normal dell inspiron notebook laptop its the 4K version, the fans are running fast and makes noise, which im going to replace but im thinking of which thermal paste to use either Thermal Grizzley Hydronout or Gelid GC Extreme, my cpu hits over 70c and my intel hd gpu hits over 50c but i also have the AMD M270 gpu too but thats stuck at 511c which is incorrect, can you help with what i should do?
