Everything about the Lenovo ThinkBook 16 Gen 7 (2024) laptop is great except the fact that the display is not all that bright and that's a big negative for me! Other than that, the webcam is clear and so are the internal mics and the quality of the internal speakers are fine for a Windows laptop. If you're willing to put up with a display that is not all that bright, then this is definitely the laptop for you, otherwise, look elsewhere. Awesome review Andrew!! 👍😁
Love the transparency Andrew, this is the way to do it. Another youtuber I follow does it in a similar fashion and also adds like ' | Promo' or ' | Sponsored' to the title for anyone who isnt interested in this kind of content. Respect! Side note: Doesnt DDR5 sticks run in dual channel by default and quad channel with multiple sticks? Not sure on the details.
It's okay, but I would rather get the LG Gram 16 from 2023 or 2024. Better battery life and better CPU performance with the LG Gram 16.
When are you getting the P1 G7? I see most YouTubers are ditching it.
Beautiful port selection, perfect upgradability, nice arrow keys but an off-center touchpad, atrocious 300 nits and the nerve to even offer a 45 Wh battery in a 16" laptop.
Feels like they're really just trolling us at this point.
Nice pc. Camera, mics and speakers are good. Like the keyboard layout with a properly laid out numpad unlike the Samsung 16 in. Like the ability to upgrade memory ssd etc. This appears to be an excellent basic pc for regular day to day tasks. With the Intel processor you do not have the compatability issues like with the Qualcomm units at the present time. Great summary of this unit. Hope you are doing okay weatherwise in Las Vegas.

Antiglare is really important, Lenovo is reputed to have colors quality displays. The camera is good in terms of audio and video.

For the product itself, having a U series chipset and Meteor Lake's optimisations is definitely a battery monster combo and I hope Lunar Lake can take that a notch or two higher.
Hey, Can you suggest which is better: Ultra 9 185H or i9 13900H laptop – Both in Asus Vivobook Series. Also, worth adding $150 to jump from Ultra 7 155H to Ultra 9 185H?
