I don't know which part of a back glass repair I dislike more: the risk involved when peeling off the glass or the glue getting everywhere when you put too much in the edges.
You bill the costumer after the repair? What if the customer refuses to pay what do you do with the phone?
Not removing the internals…what an amature. I can guarantee that there is glass sharts in the phone and the customer will comeback for battery replacement.
