  1. When plainly watching 2:12, pulling a rabbit out of the hat with her powerful anticipation. What a magical shot from Leylah Fernandez! Samsonova really looks incoherent with her shot choices. She cannot make the most authentic decision in accordance with the movement of the rallies, it prompts her to make the unforced errors during the clash.

  2. Two of my favorite "love-hate relationship" players! I would never have thought that an in-form Liudmila would lose to Foxy Fernandez, but the fact is you never what you will get from these two. Leylah looked stronger for sure but it is hard to know what is an anomaly and what is a trend. Samsonova is just simply a mystery. Fernandez as eye candy continues to reward the viewer.

  3. I believe that Russian neo-fascists should be protected by Putin. It would be better if the WTA money went to the development of democratic countries and their tennis players.

  4. Top Players like Sabalenka and Swiatek need to be very careful of Leylah and Emma. Both are strong players when they play well and can easily beat any top player with their power hitting.

  6. I am getting the impression that WTA players need at least a week of rest of downtime if they run deep into a tournament. If they react the finals or semi finals of a tournament it takes time to reset mentally and physically.
