I've been blogging online for about 11 months, and although my audience is small (just a handful of readers), I thoroughly enjoy the process. Around 3 or 4 weeks ago, I decided to experiment with YouTube Shorts by condensing my blog content into 50-second videos using an AI video creator program. So far, I’ve created five videos, and I’m loving the creative process of turning my articles into engaging shorts. My videos are faceless but maybe one day as I get proficient with the process, I will maybe do what you are doing now and speak directly to camera.
Interestingly, my fourth YouTube Short garnered 412 views, while my first received only 7 views. My latest video, posted just yesterday, has already reached 71 views. Although I'm yet to gain any new subscribers, I'm excited about the potential and the journey. So yesterday the YT algorithm though I could do with some help and suggested you channel so here I am.

We are a HUGE demographic. I enjoy listening to the longer videos as I potter around the house. It's like a chat with a friend 😂

Hey Rob, could you demo how you create your agenda and move through it, highlighting the agenda item you're on? It looks like you have a black rectangle over that part of the screen, only semi opaque, serving as a background to have the text stand out. Is the text all one block? Do you use animations to move the highlight? I'm going to experiment on my own here, but I thought I'd ask since you have it down.
