  1. Abandoned properties make me extremely sad. Some family likely lived in that farmhouse. Dad worked the crops while mom kept the home in order and the kids went to school. It seems almost a crime, a sin for all that to just….be forgotten. Swept away by Time, as if it never happened. Memories. Achievements. Celebrations. Lifetimes together. It's wrong that it's all forgotten. It's wrong.

  2. Lookin' forward to the lake dam repair. That looks really interesting. That was a whole lot of woods slogging and I get the hesitation of basically buying swampland for development. Good luck, you two. Thanks for sharing, Chris.

  3. Man, I'm all for progress and whatnot, but…. These land developers that come into my area from sh*thole NY and NJ keep taking over the land in my rural area. Vagrants and scumbags keep moving in. Not liking it attall. They take 50+ acresa and turn it into a 2 acre/lot "development" with scummy city people. Hate it.

  4. Man as a farmer from the Midwest your soil is just not very good for farming… i hate to see ground being developed but it doesn't look like much value loss there. Where i live the soil is black and you easily will spend $15,000 to $30,000 per acre for farm ground. Just big square fields as far as you can see and barely any trees to works around.

  5. I wonder when the two of them are going to go in together on these developments? Trading work for points is how to make money long term. Of course, might have to cut back on toys some.
