  1. Just look at Mag bod and sl . All bean counters with few pilot. No engineers. These days aircraft is highly engineered piece of object and running it need highly trained technical staffs. Airlines bussines is highly complex and need those exoerienced. Just look at it bod. It is a failed company. Pm should sacked these peoples and start afresh. Mag reputation is down in drain with recent turn back. If not checked it may lead to fatality. I was young MAs engineer in 1975 and was very proud to serve the airline but i have to leave to do my master and phd in us and uk. What a pity.

    – What an absolutely terrible policy suggestion for the country. This practice run against market competition for talents, and prevents talents from even flourishing. Its anti-competition nature puts ordinary msian workers at a disadvantage. What an outrageous policy suggestion. This guy doesnt understand the concept of competition and even went as far as criticizing Subang Airport Re-Generation plan. Its called competition buddy, and although its brutal, it incentivizes local companies to adapt by investing in innovation and efficiency. This is how local purchasing power of ordinary msians go up, and how tax payers funded companies and business assets become more efficient and profitable. MAS & KLIA operate accross borders and compete internationally…ergo they must also compete for talents at global level and pay laa. Common sense isnt that COMMON afterall 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️.

  6. you cannot stop talent migration. people need more pay and more benefit. if singapore airlines can pay them competitive salary and benefits, why can't malaysia airlines? if malaysia airlines ceo pockets millions of dollars a year while the service workers get pittance, of course you will witness talent drain.

  8. A legal framework to prevent talent poaching? Don’t make us laugh. Malaysia airlines cannot sustain, protect and enable growth amongst its employees and he is advocating for legal means to prevent them leaving. There is no legal precedence on earth that prevents unhappy and underpaid workers from leaving and other companies absorbing them. This is what happens when a group of incompetent and complete amateurs, completely void of empathy and understanding pretend to know what they are doing but instead running the company into the ground. Malaysia airlines needs to get their act together immediately.

  10. Orang DAP (Ong) yang benarkan company SG SIA utk buka bengkel repair di Subang.. company tersebut bukan bawa staf mereka, tapi "curi" staf maintenance MAS

    Ini mengakibatkan MAS mengalami masalah kekurangan staf maintenance

    Patut kena ada tempohmasa embargo dari mula mereka bertapak, utk elak staf sykt tempatan "dicuri" mereka

    Jenis kerajaan tahap kabinet dapur seronok bagi syk luar dan susahkan sykt tempatan yg boleh membawa penutupan MAS kalau makin teruk… kerajaan bodoh saja bekerja utk kepentingan sykt luar… patut disiasat jika ada konflik kepentingan

  11. No use when you are in nepotism and corruption whatever plan you got is useless. All empty talk. Get an outside person without any political interference, ONLY then the MAS wing will spread.
