  1. Idk if they carried it through to the slim pen, but with a classic surface pen, you could just flip it around and use the top of the pen as an eraser like a real pencil. That feature absolutely spoilt me and any pen that doesn't do that is sub-par imo.

  2. Anyone ever notice that the apple trackpads you can click faster than they respond sometimes? Esp when it freezes it feels kinda concerning to click on cause i accidentally start pushing super hard on it without realizing.

  3. I still have a surface pro 7+ and I love it, it's getting a "bit old" now and I'm looking to replace it.
But… I noticed in the last 2 or 3 years, I hardly use the pen and also not so much the touch screen.
The Alcantara keyboard won't last that long with regular usage. In 3 years I had to replace it twice which is an extra cost and not cheap.
So I'm going for the Snapdragon Elite version… but the Surface Laptop and not the "tablet". With the laptop you have a 13" and a 15" version. I'm going for the 13" with 16GB ram and probably 512GB storage

  4. I am curious how this is going to run resolve….I have a 3rd generation surface pro from 2013…I still use it to this day for writing!! the screen is gorgeous…I like the form factor….if the Surface Pro can run resolve I will jump back to Windows…I bought a MAC but after two years of use…I am still not comfortable with it…

  5. I been using Surface since Rt. COming from the surface pro 7 to the surface 11 pro. A mobile OS doesn't compare to a full computer OS in my opinion.

  6. Is it me or does it seem to be a bit laggy. When im moving the window around, or minimizing, it doesn't feel as smooth and snappy as a normal tablet.

  7. I recommend trying out the Surface Pro Flex Keyboard, which is currently available in blue and black. You can use it to type even when the keyboard is disconnected. This will counteract the problem of not being able to hold the Surface Pro on your lap very well. Especially as I have to admit that I've never thought much of placing a laptop on my lap.

  8. That no tablet if you compare it to Samsung tab s9 ultra. Now that a tablet because it looks like it has like two different modes and the tablet mode actually looks like a tablet with widgets and other stuff that doesn't look like window 11 and their desktop mode actually looks like a desktop which I like. Why can't MS do that? and no I am not talking about how they failed with Surface RT when it first came out with window 8. I had that too and it wasn't the great and the battery life wasn't that great either. We need the best of both world if we are to beat apple.

  9. I'm surprised that he brought the standard keyboard instead of the flex one. Would have made a better review and comparison against the new ipad keyboard.
