We’ll burn out the lower body today with 9 dumbbell leg exercises done in a strict set format.

  1. Holy BANANA's! That was pure fire! Especially those butterfly bridges, it was a struggle to stand up to do the next 10 lunges! Lunges are my progress goal move this year and I'm pumped to say I'm so happy with how well I did the 100 plus all the others in the workout! Love setting a goal and seeing the determination there is once you've set it as a goal!

  2. I loved this format! 8 months postpartum yesterday and in the last 2 weeks I have been finally getting sweaty and feeling strong again. Such a good program to challenge you and remind you just how strong you are.

  3. The best part is we’re doing 100 of things but it’s in top of other exercises in 20 minutes!! Love it and so does my 2 year old. She loves seeing you on the tv and trying to do her banana push-ups!

  4. Holy bananas this one was fire! I was terrified to do all the lunges because I have a bad knee from a previous car accident and it usually doesn’t do well with lunges. But I did it and I feel so strong! Thanks ladies! 🎉

  5. I was dreading the lunges more than push ups. I am not as fast as you Lindsay & Rachel. I decided to go with 25# each hand and paused the video so I didn't feel rushed. I finished aaaaaand got all 20 jumping to finish. NML team ❤ you rock and so does everyone like me knocking this out however we can

  6. I absolutely loved this one!!! Feeling so so strong. Really surprised myself with how much energy I had on the final lunge jumps ! Loved the rotational lunge, and elevated lateral squat too. My favourite leg day we’ve done!!

  8. This was spicy! I channeled my inner Lindsey and used my 20’s for the lunges. While I was a few lunges shy of 100 in the end, I kept pushing on. My legs are feeling it a few hours later but in a good way – strong!

  9. I have just LOOOOVED MetCon so much and this Leg Day was amazing… I esp. love the unilateral training incorporated in this workout. Turning on the TV to follow along with your workouts is so motivating… I just love the NML team so much!
