  1. Everything crossed that you get some progress on the house soon! What a beautiful area you're in whilst you have to wait. It's still stressful though – uncertainty is hard, but somehow it's even more frustrating when the end to that uncertainty is in sight but is being "dangled." I've been there and it'll be amazing when you do get that news that the purchase is all going ahead. Almost there hopefully.

  5. That's not surprising it took us six months to sell our house on crete! Your videos are what life is about in Greece exactly how we remember it so please please still keep making those wonderful videos we have watched everyone so far and enjoyed them all,
    We are planning a trip back to create in the new year to.see how we feel who knows we might do exactly what you are doing returning to greece, good luck with the house can't wait to see it.

  6. Come to Kythira. We have a great selection of great properties and a wonderful notary. I'm not a real estate agent, my husband and I just bought a little house and within two months we took ownership. Mani and Kythira are siblings. Just a thought. 😉

We both put bets on the timer as for how long it would take to drive back up the hairpin bends. Worth it thou, we had beautiful swims here. ❤️xxx

  12. That was a beautiful cove you took us to. You are brave for driving down that path. I usually get panic attacks & have to get out of the car & walk the rest of the way. As for closing, on a house, in the US too, it takes about 2-3 months. It is nice you have this time for relaxation & knitting.

  17. Another lovely video – I'm now a little gutted we didn't stop off at that bakery in the summer! I think we passed it on the way from Limeni to Kalamata. Loving the colours in the blanket and looking forward to next week's video.
