  1. I still got mine, I got it in late -88 and it´s one of the coolest cameras ever. I really like the layout and practicality. To bad they opted for the mechanic AF-coupling instead of the elctric motors in the lens that came out on top. I have been shooting Nikon ever since the F4 and now I´ve got he Z9 wich I feel have almost the same ruggedness.

  2. I had an F4s for about a year but I'm (definitely) not a pro-photographer. For this reason I mostly used the 'auto' setting (which still gave me good results in non-challenging environments [i.e. decent lighting]). When I used a Metz flash (on a bracket) I also got decent photographs in darker places like pubs/nightclubs. Due to its huge weight I traded it in for (deep breath) a Canon EOS5 which was a piece of plastic rubbish. Now in my old age (63) I have two Nikons (F2AS and F2S) which I enjoy when I can, but disability limits this. Love your images of Manchester by the way – I live not too far away (J18-M6). Thanks for your detailed and excellent reviews.

  3. I had a F4 but was stolen😢. In my opinion it is the most beautiful camera ever designed. I could never get the same joy and involvement with my F5 than with F4. Now I am considering an F3 or FM3a. Thank you for amazing videos about the F series. I will be waiting for one on the FM3a😂
