Elden Ring is not the most difficult FromSoft game. It has so much room to adventure and build up your character. Sure there are occasional bosses that ramp up difficulty but, as a non-hardcore gamer. I feel like if I can do it with a little work most will be able to as well.
I’d love to hear how people feel it compares to Old Hunters DLC or the final boss of Sekiro. I’m not convinced this is as difficult as it is being made out to be but it is true that FromSoft DLC usually takes it up a notch. It’s part of the experience!

I only buy digital games. Haven’t put a disc in my Xbox One X or my PS5. If you are a collector, great, but I just want to play a game and delete it. Don’t care about the rest.
assassins creed 1 still had the best feeling and vibe that felt more assassin like. it was mainly held back by mechanical problems and if it could be made better with a remake i think it could finally actually give me what iv wanted from an assassins creed game

Gog is the closest service there is to a pirated game. The only down side is cloud saves from what I can tell
Talking about remakes, I would like to play a Prince of Persia Warrior Within or Two Thrones.. another remake, not remastered would be Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1 & 2. There a millions of people that would like to play those great games, they have a great story and the gameplay mechanics might need a little upgrade 😀

I knew about GOG a while ago when they were giving away copies of The Witcher.
Some of their sales are basically a steal (i.e. you pay more for a coffee in some fancy place).

Ive been griping about getting an xbox because i got a ps5 and nintendo, xbox hasnt had any games released or release dates that made me go oh i need an new gen xbox ( i have a xbox one).. i was a big xbox guy but made the switch to PlayStation cause last gen i only played gears and masterchief collection but played the crap out of my ps4 cause of exclusives, ve, gamesharing… The firestick is perfect for me! I pay for gamepass for my neice who hi jacked my profile and plays Fortnite, i got a ps4 controller. I would love to only spend $60 on a stick to experience Indiana jones, pal world and maybe gears if it streams well enough lol. Who needs an xbox? Tgey are just gamepass machines anyways. Guess i dont need to buy an expensive pc after all cause i was not buying an xbox just for gears
It sucks to hear that Ransomware groups are attacking Kadokawa. Ubisoft adding to the Assassin's Creed franchise is never a bad thing. If they redid the first game and combined the PSS and ds game into it, that would be sick!

We are a long long long long way off before streaming is even remotely a viable replacement and by then I hope to be long out of the gaming space.
I still stand by the statement that when we go to an all-digital future and I mean 100% nothing physical except for the devices were playing things on I'm done finished and will simply retreat back to my retro collection and or emulation.
