Man, watching all your videos. I miss your longer videos, 30+ minutes. Please, try to bring them back.
We just bought the ES8 with 75kWh battery some weeks ago (4 person family, 2 kids). Very pleased with it so far. We just came back from a 600km trip one-way distance from Oslo > Kristiansund. Such a luxury to be able to swap battery. I could swap driving from Oslo first time at Tangen and then in Dombås, after that just drove the last part without a sweat.
For us we took the 75kWh pack due to just charging at home and 99% of the time never needing more than city driving range. Most days we use up half the battery capacity max. Pay 1399kr/month for the small battery vs 1699kr/month on the bigger battery.
Also interested thing if you chose 75 kWh is being able to upgrade to 100 kWh when you need more range!
When are you testing the EL8?
Have you bought a NIO yet Bjorn ?
@Bjorn.. You should take a look at this new vid with 'Dr. Jeff Dahn' about the effect of the voltage & DOD on the degradation proces of NMC/LFP cells. With the right usage an NMC battery can hit A LOT more than 2000 cycles. Nothing new but it's interesting with data points etc. from the man himself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWyORTmxodc
The HUD is even annoying in the video when I'm not driving myself. The HUD hype hasn't got me yet.
I have an ET5 75 kWh and I only get 150 kW at Tesla V3 chargers. Don't know why.
Marcus bil are they not in Bankruptcy?
❤❤❤
For BaaS, is the swap cost be cheaper per kwh for the 75 compared to the 100?
