I wished you could do this on the MiSTer. I wonder if someone could develop overlays not just arcade, but for the different consoles as well.

Haven't really messed with mame. FBN was easier for me to use.

Oh wow! RoboCop. I remember growing up as a child that it had to be the most goriest flick to view back in the 1980's. It was so violent that my parents forbid me to watch it ever again. I can understand after viewing the film during a suitable aged PCN. That film was pushing the limits for sure.. 8^0

Friend of mine is using reflection shaders in his Launchbox. So the screen is reflected in the bezel of the monitor. Looks quite fancy.

I've always used overlays, on Mame, Retroarch, but have you tried reflections ? so the Megabezel for Retroarch does all that , you get reflections on the bezel, just like a real monitor. The night time ones your using i have as well.. The outrunners twin screen go into mame options and set it as single cab.
