Panasonic S-VHS booting fault, can we fix it? Too stupid. AG-4700/NV-HS1000.

Our Panasonic AG-4700 (like NV-HS1000) has a fault during the boot sequence, but then settles down and works. In a previous video we swapped out the power supply and main board. Today we swap out the front panel and drum motor. Max thinks I’m being stupid, and he could be right.
