  1. I'm surprised you didn't mention the announcement from Microsoft that they plan to drop all third-party USB device support on Xbox starting in November. This could deal a death blow to the FGC, the dev mode emulation community, and many more.

  2. It's very odd ETA Prime did a preview a pretty in-depth preview he stated it was a development kit, he didn't say how far along but the internals are complete.

I know that because he said he cannot talk about FPS yet until after October 31st and he's running benchmarks on it so obviously these are the final internals.

Oddly he never mentioned portrait mode not once.

Usually he will say well this is development kit in the final one it will be portrait.

According to ETA the d-pad is not too good he wasn't too high on it, so if you're fighting game person it's not a good thing but the other sticks are fine.

There's really nothing to see there the chipset is already out the only thing this adds is a bit of faster memory.

When you detach the controllers and it becomes a portable mouse with a slight dock on it I just can't see anyone on their bed or really anywhere using it looks like a gimmick to me.

If you're going to go through all that you might as well just use a regular Mouse or go to desktop.

The problem I see is this probably won't last as Lenovo made their own store that you can purchase games I understand they're trying to subsidize the way steam can for the hardware but I don't think people are going to be bothered with buying from another store it's going to be steam and maybe epic and that's it.

I could already see it as it's downfall, if you selling at cost or at a loss thinking you're going to make money from the legion store obviously they don't know PC Gamers or Gamers at all.

One thing almost all Gamers hate is more launchers.

Talk about tone deaf, they really think people are going to subsidize the system by buying games on their Lenovo Legion store LOL.

Other than that ETA said he will have stats up after I guess midnight of Halloween but pretty much everything he showed is what you're going to get.

Until they find out a battery situation to extend these batteries for longer gameplay periods they're all going to fall into the same trap.

Why would anyone buy this when they can just get a steam deck, I mean windows what could go wrong πŸ™‚
