Please Start Here – I BEG YOU – Bambu Lab P1S Review

I like your videos.
Been 3d printing for about 3 months. I have an elegoo neptune 4 plus and 2 p1s's
Looking at buying anther neptune 4 plus.
BIG difference between set up and learning.
If you could,
I'm having an issue.
Every time i switch filament, My machine (p1s)
Says it is busy with another task. Making me have to shut the p1s completely off for like 10 seconds, i turn it back on and it works fine..
Could you possibly tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Owning 4 standard ams units: They suck. They fail and are designed without service in mind and with too many unnecessary parts, all of them plastic.Its a shame the A1 had to be recalled. The ams lite is by far more reliable and a more grown up design.

I took your word on the Uniformation GK2 and have been using it for 3 months now. Time to get into FDM printing and I'm going with a P1S after watching this and having a hard time deciding. Thanks for the time you put in to these very informative videos. Also, Keep the stock footage, it always makes me giggle.

You've convinced me to get the A1, and it was the best purchase ever. I was able to print things with stress free. Now with the recall, I'm thinking of taking this opportunity to upgrade to the P1S

Think I will be upgrading to the P1s now I need to return my A1. How does this work when printing pla ? Do you have to take the ams off to leave the lid open ?

I’m 100% buying a P1S in the next month or two. Between your videos on it and the ones Wargaming Forge has done, I’m convinced it’s the right mix of size, capability, features, and price for what I need. Keep the great videos coming!

I'll probably pick one up when they hit the refurbished market in a year, right now a full grand for the printer and AMS is still beyond what I consider reasonable for my uses.

I have loved my X1 Carbon I got for Christmas. Printing is easy, almost hassle free, and has made the hobby more fun. I have been printing parts for my boys robot project which has made us all very happy.

As much as I'd love to start with.. or I suppose make this my next one, my bank account unfortunately doesn't agree.. so for now I just have to go with the budget-friendly options, and hope that at some point I'm of the means to get one of these 🤷🏿‍♀️

I personally do NOT recommend a Bambu lab as a starter printer. This is a hobby! You should start learning essential things when you encounter them. There are so many users in the Bambu Lab Community who are asking why the first layer is not sticking and why things are warping. They do not use Google; they want to know from the community. It's like wanting to become an RC-Hobbyist and just buying a finished plane or car. It's the typical Apple behavior, and the individuals who have spent years and have earned a Bambu now because they can troubleshoot it, hate it. I recommend either buying a good printer that you may need to tinker with sometimes or buying a Bambu and learning by troubleshooting problems through Google.

Can u tell me where I can find the files for the silica gel update for the ams?
The room where I have to place the printer is sometimes a lil bit not that dry as it has to be. Therefor I want to use this upgrade.
