Duong, you could plant fruit trees near where you buried the pigs, and they will fertilise the soil for the tree for years.
Another good place to plant fruit trees would be the location of your old toilet.
You really should have made a compost location sooner. Literally just a bamboo cage like you made for the banana trees, and then fill it with all your organic waste like: plants, leaves, wood, ashes, fish bones, chicken faeces, chicken bones. Then when it is full you can cover it with palm leaves and start a new one. As long as you do this you will have a constant supply of fertiliser to add to the field before every seeding.

To improve your soil, mix in some crushed up charcoal and pottery, look into terra preta for more detailed information 😊 My soil was bad for growing things untill I started putting charcoal in it.
