  1. This is no different than buying a used broke LG TV and making a picture frame out of it or a old used car and making tire swings for the kids out of the tires etc… this could apply to anything.

  2. Anyone else remember the many many years ago when Chevy tried to argue they still owned the cars they sold because the software they ran on was never sold to you and was still owned by Chevy?

They backtracked, but they showed well in advance what the future would bring they were just a little early back when people were less accepting of this stuff. How far we’ve fallen in such a short time.

Another interesting car one is a brand of aftermarket parts for diesels that tried to copyright the entire spectrum of blue for their aftermarket car parts saying it would stop counterfeits but then only went after small shops in the US who had products that were some shade of blue.

  3. Im not very smart but I think that should be illegal, it was bought and sold, LV still got the sale and their target consumer will never get an old LV bag without the LV logo. Its not even an LV bag anymore. Thats like turning a junk renault clio into a sonic (the car)

  4. Instead of giving me more of your videos in the content scroll beneath this one, the first slot is a link to shop the Louis V store.

None of your videos show up in the first 15 thumbnails below that link.

  5. Brand worship is out of control, which is what emboldens these companies. A very large amount of people walk around displaying brand logos without getting paid for it. They're doing free advertising for these companies. How ridiculous is that?

  6. When common sense has been got rid of & then wonder why many lawyers end up making a fortune due to the multi million/billion companies throw a hissyfit about how someone show you how to possibly fix something that might be a simple fix.

  7. Louis, one serious question.
How come your subscribers don't increase? It's been stacked at 2.08m for a long time ?
Each of your videos has a lot of likes and views, but somehow, your subscriber count doesn't increase. HOW ?
Did YueTube purposely stop including new subscribers to be counted to your subscriber base so it appears to us viewers that your channel is less important/impactful?

    YT is a scam.

  8. It's simple, remove the LV logo before you do anything and don't mention what brand it is. Honestly pathetic that you have to resort to this but hey, it's 2024

  9. Unfortunately, there seems to be only one sensible way to deal with these giants: to simply stop buying any of their products and thus drive them into the void in the hope that this will at some point trigger a rethink. Because ultimately ALL companies are financially dependent ON US, i.e. their customers, not the other way around.

You don't need Louis Vouitton, Apple, or Facebook to live. We give them the power, we can easily take it away again.

  10. They'd have adenza if they drove through the wealthier suburbs of Soweto, here in south africa.
The latest chi-chibling ostentation is pressed steel, Louis Vuitton embossed guttering. Go figure. I wasnt aware they made Gutters? Seems a little off image but who knows?

  11. I believe that forgery would require that a person is at least attempting to produce something that can pass for the original. Let me know when LV starts producing wallets with someone else's logo on them. It would be amusing for the owner of that logo to turn around and sue LV for forgery.

  12. This is a nothing-burger. If you ACTUALLY WATCHED THE VIDEO he admitted that the Louis Vuitton people were really cool about it once he demonstrated that they were made from real LV leather. They only sent the person out there because they thought he was using counterfeit leather. Once he showed that it was legit they were cool.

  13. The way to solve this is by the stores offering trade ins. You can tell they have more money than they can legitimately use competently because they waste it doing this stuff instead of just running a trade in or cash trade deal.

  14. Speaking of Ford, did you know that a fleet vehicle of theirs (transit 150) doesn't have a dip-stick for checking the transmission fluid?
How you are supposed to check the fluid is to level the vehicle, remove the left front tire, remove the transmission fluid resivor bolt, and visually check with a flashlight.
