When she was describing each symptom I swear it was like her sending bullets into my body and I actually felt it 😂

Important info I thought I'd share:
When my dad was having a heart attack, it was not very obvious. He had a little shortness of breath and was a bit clammy. However, he was still able to talk, walk around and function. After debating whether or not to go to the hospital, he finally decided to go because he "felt off." Once we took him to the hospital, he began talking with the doctor like a normal patient. He said overall he felt okay, but felt something was off. The doctor was surpised upon figuring out that he was actively having a heart attack. I thought I'd share this story to show that a heart attack can differ from person to person. As the video mentions, it doesnt always come across as the way it does in movies. Listen to your body and your intuition. If you feel that something is "off," have it checked out. Better to be safe than sorry.

How do you tell between anxiety attack or panic attack vs heart attack
Ah… free at last.
I'm only 18…i had chest pain on june 11, 2024 around 1:21am. I woke up 30mins ago from a nap that time and about to review for our exam. But suddenly, i got a chest discomfort on the left side of my chest. I did not mind that for a sec but it gradually worsen and the pain extended all over my chest and slight on the epigastric region and at the left shoulder. The chest pain just got worst and worst to the point the I can't hardly breath and move. I even tried to go outside hoping fresh air can resolve but it did not! i went inside the house struggling to walk and my head was feeling light and also started cold swesting. I was fighting for my life that time since chest pain and difficulty breathing is occuring at the same time. We tried to call ambulance but i cancelled it on the 2nd call because the pain started to gradually dissapear.

Consuming small quantities of red wine, olive oil or dark chocolate can open up these things that block the artery, eliminating heart attack risks. However, I would recommend the dark chocolate or olive oil, because wine damages your brain.
Best natural supplement for supporting the heart. thanks planet Ayurveda
