The Switch I needed to repair was nothing wrong with it. It charges and hdmi is also working.
I continued working on the Switch with the 2120-1118 / 2110 1115 error. replaced the oscillator and tried another chip. Spoiler: other wifi chip worked. It turns out the CYW and BCM chips are interchangeable. I Didn;t know that.
