Had the same issue on my Pocket Flip. Then one month later it wouldn't charge or boot up anymore 🤬
You are very right about preorders. I learned my lesson. My RP4pro came and in 24 hours the R2 broke down just like many others. The issue is I paid extra money for DHL, now they are doing regular shipping for the replacement parts which Im sure is going to take at least another month. Basically this is not a very good customer service approach, as they should have made sure we receive the replacement asap for a device that malfunctions in 24 hours. Thank you for this video & being the voice. My recommendation – never get a retroid product again unless you are very sure that the device is quality assured.
