  1. Due to my recent upgrade of my main system RTX 4090 + 1400KS 8600MHz DDR5 CL38 performance boost. I was curious how my all AMD system RX 7900 XTX + 7950X 3d 6200MHz DDR5 CL28 would hold up against it in 7 games benchmarked at 1080p Low settings. Footage shown on the AMD system has a recording penalty, but "all results" shown are without a recording performance hit.

  2. Why does your 7950X3D run so hot? Do you not use curve optimizer? I run mine with -20 curve optimizer and it doesn't get hotter than 60-70c in gaming, and that is using a cheap $25 thermalright air cooler with a single fan running at 1200rpm. Most of the time it is in the 50s with an ambient of 23c.

  3. Impressive results from both systems, realistically speaking the AMD system is the way to go interms of price to performance.
I was shocked that your Intel system performed better in Zero Dawn. If it was one game that i could have swear that Intel won't get better results than AMD that was Zero dawn.

  4. If you dont use or care about ray tracing then the performance difference from the 4090 to 7900xtx is not worth the 100% price increase in my opinion.

  5. If talk about price and power draw efficient amd 3d cpu's still best but today new best gaming cpu is 14900ks with ddr 5 8600mhz. I think Ryzen 9000x3d series cpus will change it again…

  6. At 12:15, what is CPU simulation? And why are the numbers higher on that section of the left screen, with the average latency higher on the right?
Edit – One more question, When encountering a GPU bottleneck, we typically observe the GPU graph reaching full utilization, ranging from 95 to 100% in overlay software. However, across all games, even when facing a CPU bottleneck, the CPU graph consistently remains below 40% usage, with the exception of Horizon Zero Dawn, where it peaks at 50%. Can someone provide insight into this phenomenon? My assumption is that these games are console ports, and if they were developed specifically for PC, this issue might not arise.

  7. It's hard to imagine this level of performance being available in a smartphone within the next 10 to 15 years. However, with the ever-evolving technology and the constant breakthroughs in the field, it's only a matter of time before we see it happen.
