Hope the Fold 6 has a better hinge design than the Fold 4. I can't unfold completely open anymore, and I don't know why. My phone has never been wet or been dropped. I have a feeling this is a design flaw that Samsung knows about but offers no fix.
How much for the z-fold?
I only feel sorry; there is no way to tell Samsung how stupid they are.
How many customers did they lose when they did the Fold 5 small.
They were the first to make a foldable phone and destroy the line.
The stupidity of selling expensive phones and treating the customers like garbage by giving them late software updates and not fixing bugs. And anyway, to still make it will low camera …
I wonder why they spend time on it when it feels like they don't do anything to make it successful and be the best.

I also spoke to many sales managers who gave up the fold after they saw bugs staying there.
1.5 years with touch problems on the out screen, and they didn't fix it. Many apps don't show correctly on the outside screen because of the long, narrow design.
Many developers still need to fix it because only one phone has it.
Banks that don't support the main screen resolution are not allowing 2 apps on a tame screen. I gave Tiredered of paying more and getting less.
And guess what? I am not the only one.
They lost me and many others after Fold 4.

What makes sense is to make screen a bit wider to fit S pen embedded like S Ultra phones and same S Ultra camera model to justify the price. it'd be a competition killer
I won’t buy it if it doesn’t come with an S pen. Also they need to bring back the SD card
Unfortunately, the external display is still too thin to be practical. Right now, oneplus open is the best foldable on the market and can be used as a proper mobile when not opened.
When can we expect this? Going from s22 ultra to s24 ultra seems meaningless. Next natural replacement should be something different, like the fold!

sorry but I’m the last one to try to convince that the Samsung is durable. My fold 3 screen cracked in the seam about 6 months after having it and after a long fight Samsung finally admitted it was a manufacturing flaw and now I just received ANOTHER replacement on the fold for the same exact problem. They will never get my money again without an ip68 rating for both screens and an integrated S pen.
Finally, did what? An upgrade in cameras and an added spen would have been it. But all we're getting is an updated chip and a new form factor, which is what is expected. I guess there's nothing new here, folks, but a money grab. I have the fold 4, and it's still holds its weight. I won't upgrade until all these upgrades are in the phone at once. I love this phone but there's nothing here but polished shit this is an apple move. Sorry, I'll pass again
My Fold 4 outer screen developed a dead spot, snd the inner screen shot all under one yr. I paid 1700+ for a wash phone. I’d take my money back if I was able to get it back.
Don't ever buy Samsung online,something happens to your phone, Samsung will not respond to that. It happens to me. It was a very bad experience for me.

Idk dudes. Kinda like the smaller front screen. Makes it easy to use with just one thumb. Also you dont het s foldable because of the front screen. You get it for the inside. Hopefully this new one wont be to damn big

So still no pen built in… or even an included pen. Phones will be $4000 but have a 500 mp camera. There still is no need to upgrade from a fold 3 with that price point for still minor changes

For that cost the battery should be huge and it should come with micro-sd.

I was considering upgrading from Z2 to Z5, but unless they decide to upgrade the camera zoom to at least S23 Ultra standard – Z6 is most definitely a no-buy for me either. Hopefully, other folding phone manufacturers will be able to surprise us with their camera options this Fall.

Samsung is clearly and very quickly falling behind in the foldable smartphone market.
I've had the fold 3 since day 1 launch. The only thing that will get me to upgrade is no crease.
I've said it since the fold dropped.. if they can somehow get rid of that crease, they're gain many s2x ultra (note) fans instantly, me included.
