I do board repairs on gameboys all the time. It’s not as bad as it sounds once you get some experience. It’s really relaxing for me and it helps me get rid of some stress. I love repairing traces and following them using the schematics or just the multimeter (although I just use resistance mode instead of continuity because it tells me the same thing and doesn’t make noise so I’m not annoying my family members). It’s cool to see you guys actually talking about how you go about your repairs!
