  1. Its the four nations once lived together in harmony not the world if you read the comics about the avatars you will know that the world was anything but peaceful the nations were not at war yet but there was plenty of confidence in the nations themselves why do you the the Dai lee was created

  2. Ah yes I guess we will just ignore azula broke free became a cultic witch and started kidnapping children and she gets 5 years in a mental asylum. Just like how morty who’s murdered hundreds alongside Rick including innocents is only in grey tier in morality

  3. It’s kind of ironic that a lot of these sentences ended up actually happening in canon. Zhao gets imprisoned and effectively tormented for eternity in the spirit world, Zuko and Iroh both help with the restoration of the Earth Kingdom, Azula spends some time in a mental institution, and Ozai to our knowledge stays imprisoned for life.

  4. I could be wrong but with the exception of her role in inspiring and supporting Ozai’s plans for genocide of the Earth Kingdom at the end of the series, I am not sure Azula was actually guilty of any war crimes.

Yeah pretty much everything she did can be fairly described as “villainous”. But from a legal perspective pretty much everything else she did could be justified on the grounds that she was on the opposite side of a war. This logic also extends to the actions of Mai and Tai Lee.

  6. Fire Lord Sozin should've been included in this list. While yes, he wasn't alive during the events of the series, he was the one who instigated the war and Air Nomad genocide. There's also the fact that he purposefully abandoned Avatar Roku to die to an active volcano, which could at least be considered involuntary manslaughter.
