Rick you could just offer a service to clean the tape heads for a fee. That way the customer doesn't risk damaging the machine. That works out to a win for you as well as the customer. Thanks for the videos.

I'd be interested in the video head cleaning guide as I was always taught that regular office paper soaked in isopropyl alcohol is the way to go and that worked well for me on VHS and Video8 heads.
