  1. Before you said Karaoke I was thinking, humm that up speaker was seen in garden party Bluetooth speakers the last few years, but the APSS display made me think a school use for a teacher with a language tape… especially as about 1980 my school had a language classroom where everyone had headphone/mic headsets for a teacher to play a scene where the class "talked" back and the teacher could randomly listen to individual pupils without them knowing which kid was being listened to

  2. I am not surprised at the quality and how professional looking the whole setup is. Living on that side of the world for a little bit I realized that Japanese people love their Karaoke and take it seriously too.

  3. My Philips Tape Clock is Regulate to 60hz

In My House Runs at 50hz

I Recorded the Tape quiet Faster. The Normal Sound Speed.

Meine Philips Tape Clock ist auf 60 Hz geregelt

In Meinem Haus Läuft 50 Hz

Ich habe das Band ein wenig schneller aufgenommen. Die Normale Schallgeschwindigkeit.

  4. Too many LAME bingo breaks at large co./school parties, here in Japan, just when schmoozing is starting to flow. (I guess party 'planners' don't realize how much of a mood-killer bingo is.)

  5. Great gaadget! It looks (by the yellow color and the construction concept) like a jobsite player used on construction or other large jobsites! As usual, you have an awesome find!…

  6. I really like watching your videos! I bought some stereo stuff myself but one is a cheap zenith Z140B and I can’t find it anywhere online and the cd player would not play at first but I fixed it

  7. This is crying out to be converted into a Bluetooth speaker. A Bluetooth board is all that’s needed. Take away the cassette deck and controls and 3D print a new top with the buttons connected to the board embedded in it.

  8. I have seen that here in the US… I think at Target here! Target is kind of like a walmart, if you have walmart there in the uK. where you are at!

the problem with track skipping, if you have any tracks that have a blank out for a few seconds. these tape decks would then count those quite often as a new track!

also, Place some OIL (Non Kitchen) on the rubber items, let them sit or just rub them down with the oil! you will remove the Metal composite that often winds up on the wheels and or it will rejuvenate the wheels or belts! I do know, How to do this … I think a few people have tried and could not figure it out… but, if you try different ways, you should be able to do a NoS repair!

Hiss on the Echo? maybe your cam, removed that Hiss! but, I know Even in four track, I could not hear any!
