Dividends is a smart place to hideout. We are top of the yield cycle and we just do not know when the markets burn down. We know we will be at top of the cycle longer b/c Powell keeps saying “Higher for Longer”
PFE looks like a good deal with good dividend
You are right on this, I also keep harping on this point – treasuries are giving better yield vs s&p 500 eps yield. We are not in a super euphoric state until we get a meme environment , but we are over extended unless the fed cuts rates due to elections. And IMHO, the government will cook up something to cut the rates and push markets to 5500 ish and keep it there until election date.
